Latvijas Universitātes publikācijas citējamības datubāzēs (2007-2011)

Sākot ar 2012. gadu Latvijas Universitātei (LU) ir pieejamas divas nozīmīgākās citējamības datubāzes - Web of Science un Scopus, kas ļauj analizēt LU personāla publikāciju citējamību. Publikāciju skaits citējamības datubāzēs ir viens no augstskolas kvalitātes un atpazīstamības rādītājiem. Publikācijas atrašanās citējamības datubāzē raksturo arī tās zinātnisko kvalitāti. Citēšana tiek uzskatīta par publikācijas zinātniskā nozīmīguma rādītāju un citējumi norāda uz autora ieguldījumu zinātnes nozares attīstībā. Pētījumā ir raksturota LU personāla publikāciju un citējumu skaita dinamika pēdējos piecos gados Web of Science un Scopus datubāzēs.

The 100 most-cited articles in orthodontics: A bibliometric study

ABSTRACT Objectives: To identify and analyze the 100 most-cited articles in orthodontics indexed in the Web of Science Category of “Dental, Oral Surgery and Medicine” from 1946 to 2016. Materials and Methods: On hundred articles were identified in a search of the database of the ISI Web of Science and Journal Citation Reports, applying the truncated search term “orthodon*.” Records were manually refined and normalized to unify terms and to remove typographical, transcription, and/or indexing errors. Abstract Background: higher level of aggression and antisocial behavior are frequent following head trauma, due to specific brain alterations. Many tests are used to assess this aspect. A descriptive review was conducted on the main tests used to detect the appearance of aggressive dimensions following traumatic brain injury. Review summary: we searched on PubMed and Web of Science databases and screening references of included studies and review articles for additional citations. Credit Risk Research: Review and Agenda

This article provides a comprehensive review of scholarly research on credit risk measurement during the last 57 years applying bibliometric citation analysis and elaborates an agenda for future research. The bibliography is compiled using the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) Web of Science (WOS) database and includes all articles with citations over the period 1960–2016. Specifically, the review is carried out using 1695 articles across 72 countries published in 442 journals by 2928 authors.
